Project Charlie are Wellington's number one rock band on the Reverbnation charts for the last few months of 2011 and into 2012. Their songs are performed on stage with the three piece Bass/ Lead /Drums combo and althought the album has some overdubbs it contains essentially the same energy and feel of a live performance. All original songs which span many styles but given the Project Charlie treatment. Blues, folk, reggae, hard rock, acoustic, sensitive are all here in abundance but it is the exhuberance of the heart felt vocals that is the glue. Some of these songs have stood the test of time, while others are totally new- yet they all belong together from introspective numbers like Give it all away ,to sad social commentary in Grace, to fun and exhuberance in Cosmic Rock. A real journey!!
