"Tense Nervous Headache" is george's second solo album, which was a planned UK release but was withdrawn after poor record sales for its lead single "Don't Cry", but was released in parts of Europe, Japan and Australia. Since neither "Tense Nervous Headache" or "Boyfriend" are any longer available, "High Hat"(an album compiling tracks from these two albums) remains the only place to find any of Boy George's songs from 1988-89.
