Hydraulix gets down to business with label boss Dave the Drummer in collaboration with Tony Montana. After the success of their releases on the Hydraulix 909 and Naked Lunch imprints Tony and Dave get dark and sinister with 4 tracks ready to mess with your synapses. First up is 'Shadow Of My Former Self ' a tongue-in-cheek title aimed at the inevitable flack we will get for slowing the music down. A very sinister stomper of a track with some great siren synths and a short (but sweet!) break. Next come three different versions of 'Speak and Spell' inspired by a tweaked sample that was kicking about. All three tracks are a completely different take on the idea, ranging from deep and funky to outright banging.
