The Campfire Session
„The Campfire Session“ is an album for lovers of unplugged guitar music. Composed, performed and recorded by the German guitarists Leo Henrichs and Raughi Ebert known as Tierra Negra and as the companions of US fingerstyle icon Muriel Anderson. The pure sound of two beautifully interacting nylon string guitars melting together in the original compositions of Tierra Negra. This music is a joyful blend of fine elements of flamenco, latin, pop and jazz music. This time the guitarists of Tierra Negra were jamming at a campfire near the mediterranean sea in the south of France. An absolutly unique and inspiring atmosphere. Besides the sound of their guitars both guitarrists succesfully captured the intimate atmosphere of this scenery on their new recording. The music is embeded in the sound of cracking fire wood, Flamingos and other water birds and cicadas. If you turn on the Tierra Negra album „The Campfire Session“ this unique scenery pops up where ever you are. The music is available on CD and download.
