Described as “…like Wayne Coyne with a broken heart.” Windmill’s songs can be heart wrenching and honest or abstract and uplifting. Dillon was raised in Newport Pagnell, Bucks. At 17 he was bought a keyboard by his dad which he went on to use as an outlet for his imagination and the songs that had grown in his head. In September 2006 Static Caravan released the debut ltd 7” single Racing/Tokyo Moon. Windmill is now signed to MELODIC. The debut album “Puddle City Racing Lights” was released in March 2007. Dillon’s piano playing and unique vocals are the identity of this special artist.
