Born in Fort Wayne, Ind., the Manchester College graduate continues to stretch his creativity on the record by collaborating with Grammy Award-winning producer Michael Broening, as well as legendary guitarist Freddie Fox. Pulling double duty as executive producer and musician, Kris often plays multiple instruments on each album track. Whether it’s saxophone or one of his other instruments, Kris drives home high-energy funk and the sultry ballads you may only want to listen to after dark. With over 25 years of playing saxophone, many have influenced Kris – but none more than saxophonist Boney James.
