Soft Hair is an experimental pop collaboration between New Zealandpsych artist Connan Mockasin and British musician Sam Dust, who alsorecords as LA PRlEST. The two first met in 2009 when Dust's formerband, Late ofthe Pier, supported Mockasin on tour. They soon begancollaborating in their spare time between developing their ownprojects,emerging over five years later with a self-titled debut LPunder the name Soft Hair. After signing with Weird World Record Co.theyreleased the album in October 2016.
