As the name suggests, rather than being a confined musical ensemble, DARK9COMMUNITY is a community formed around shared expectations, values, beliefs, and meanings. Positively influenced by the internet and globalization, they have absorbed various styles of music, art, and fashion. The diverse aesthetics within them are creatively showcased in their works. When listening to their music, you will notice that traditional hip-hop conventions are replaced by psychedelic, chill, dynamic, and subversive elements. Living in this digital era dominated by algorithms, we are supposed to remain vigilant against the overwhelming information while seeking possibilities beyond established forms. A mysterious organization named “DARK9COMMUNITY” is sending out a series of distinctive secret codes.
